The melting shop with preheating furnace, 4 induction melting furnaces with 14 tons capacity, 3 holder furnaces each with 45 tons capacity and rapid chemical composition testing equipments for testing metal samples is at the service of 3 moulding lines. The test bar samples for tensile strength of various grades of liguid metal are poured here and sent to mechanical laboratory for necessary testing.
