Iran Tractor Foundry Company is a subsidiary of mother Company Iran Tractor Manufacturing Co. that established in Tabriz in 1966.
This mother Company made a contract with a UK Company in 1974 to produce units of Massey Fergusen on Tractors as well as Perkins Engines. Now, Iran Tractor Foundry Co. is an independent Company established in 1987 and intended to utilize its capacity to produce castings for various customers.
The working staff have adequate skill and experience in different branches of the Company, working in Production, Technology & Designing, Quality control, pattern- shop, and other Departments to full fill their tasks. Computer aided technology (CAD-CAM) is used by specialists, so that it can lead to high quality tooling and " just in time " systemic process. In I.T. F. Co., different grades of gray and ductile irons are produced according to standards and customers requirements. The quality management system ISO 9002 certificate was awarded to I.T.F.Co. in 1996 and later on a greater Achievement QS 9000 certificate followed it in 2000.
